This can range from in office or virtual yoga sessions, guided meditations, sound baths, or all of the above. These sessions support workplace connection, wellbeing, and an intentional pause during the workday.

30 Minute Session:

First 1-10 participants

$100

each additional 1-10 participants is an extra $50

60 Minute Session:

First 10 Participants

$175

each additional 1-10 participants is an extra

$75

90 Minute Sessions:

First 10 participants

$225

each additional 1-10 participants is an extra $100

Reimbursement for travel longer the 20 minutes will be added to the cost at $5 per 10 minutes

Group Offerings and Events

$150 per hour

Offerings range from:

tarot reading for weddings and events,

guided meditations,

yoga classes for groups, bachelorette parties, etc

sound baths

immersive full moon workshops

and more!

*If crafts or extra products such as tea, notebooks, etc are desired purchase pricing will be added.
