Yoga Nidra w/ Sound
Sink into stillness with this 60-minute Yoga Nidraand sound healing journey designed to gently guide you beyond the thinking mind and into deep restoration. Through guided meditation, you’ll enter a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body can fully release and recalibrate. Soothing frequencies will support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and inner clarity. No movement is required—simply rest, receive, and allow yourself to be held in a space of calm, healing, and renewal.
Mat and bolsters will be provided, please bring anything else that you feel will help you melt into this space.

Nourish: Lake Atitlan Retreat
Nestled among the breathtaking mountains and sacred waters of Lake Atitlan, this retreat is an invitation to step away from the current pulls of everyday life, in order to take a moment for ourselves, stepping away from the endless to-do lists, pressures to keep up, and noise that asks you to be everything for everyone else. YOU DESERVE IT!
Within these five days we will create space to breath deeply, rest fully, and reconnect with what brings our soul joy and pleasure. This IS NOT a physically demanding, intense spiritually “healing”, constant go-go-go retreat. This is a retreat where we will be taking time and intention to give back to ourselves and reconnect with what makes our hearts feel happy and at peace. Although guided meditation, yoga, and sound journeys will be included that is only a taste of what you can partake in in your self guided retreat! Options such as Mayan fire ceremonies, cacao cooking class, nature hikes, and more will be available at your pleasure as well as a beautiful spa.
