Come drop into nature for a 60 minute intermediate level yoga class on the brand new creek side patio at the Golden Hotel. Connect with self, community, and Mother Earth while finding gratitude for your body's abilities. Class will be accompanied by occasional sound healing instruments, beath work, and meditation.

Don't forget your favorite yoga effects: mat, water, blocks, straps, sunscreen, etc. Some mats and blocks will be on site if needed.
